HipHopLives.net (Digital Magazine)

was created to fill a void in Hip Hop media. For too many years, people have been given weak examples of Hip Hop, with Rap music being promoted as the face of the culture. With HipHopLives.net Digital Magazine (DM), we will present a more truthful, authentic and insightful representation of Hip Hop Kulture. Hip Hop is NOT just rappers telling exaggerated stories about crime, cars, money and women! As taught by the Temple of Hip Hop, Hip Hop Kulture consists of at least 9 Elements of expression: Graffiti Art, Deejayin, Breakin, Emceein, Knowledge, Beatboxin, Fashion, Language and Entrepreneurialism, (visit hiphoplives.net for a detailed description). Each month, HipHopLives.net Digital Magazine will showcase of these elements in varying degrees, while communicating to a diverse spectrum of young adults, men and women around the world!

Right now, Hip Hop Kulture is the dominant style, attitude and consciousness embraced by youth, to transcend obstacles, which leads them to have open, honest and candid discussion on various topics. HipHopLives.net Digital Magazine will be used to create a distinct forum to highlight new ideas and issues faced by 20-somethings as they transition into society. Our subject matter will engage this demographic with ways to encourage their creative thinking and become actively involved beyond the internet.
